Fritze Dezein has designed and fabricated hundreds of special tools, fixtures, and specialized widgets and gizmos for many applications and industries. We have in-house CAD, CAM, fabrication, and assembly. We can build your parts quickly and precisely.  We don’t just machine it and ship it, we test it, debug it, and ship it with confidence.

• Hand Tools – Specialized tools for fixturing and installing parts such as; magnetic flow turbines, o-rings, pipe fittings, RFID tags, and special wrenches and spanners for custom components.  Steel, stainless, aluminum, and plastic as required for the application.

• Part holding fixtures – Specialized fixtures to locate and hold production or lab components.  Fixtures can be designed to clamp or squeeze mechanically or pneumatically. Each fixture is designed have to correct fit and tolerance for the part variation and process precision. We can adapt part holding fixtures to robots using a variety of pneumatic grippers and crash sensors. Fixtures can have suction cups with vacuum generators, magnetic locking and unlocking, or toggle clamp as desired. Fixtures can be manufactured for each application from powder-coated welded steel, to precision machined and hardened steel. Soft fixtures from Delrin and UHMW to chemically inert ceramics and exotic polymers.  Many of our fixtures are modular and use locating pins and toggle clamps or magnets for quick change.

• Adapters – We design and manufacture adapters to attach a variety of components to other parts such as used with hydraulic, pneumatic, sanitary, and air piping.  We can also provide solutions for various electrical components to interface sensors and products into PLCs and other controllers.
