Today, Fritze DeZein can take your specification or idea and create accurate 2D, 3D, wire frame, solid or even nurbs surface models of them. Once the information is converted into its digital database, it can be manipulated for most any use today – tooling, molds, FEA, rendering… Further we can take the database and illustrate it with motion, or test its kinematics, determine its weight, bending loads, even test its assembly methods. If your needs are more demanding, the database can be sent to specialists for complex computational fluid dynamics, vibration resonance analysis, thermal inertia characteristics, even impact survivability.
