Here is a view showing a sonic-welded filter cap and canister. The canisters are engineered to exceed 10,000 cycles of 150 psi impulses. Note the heat-sealed foil covering of the cap and heat-transfer graphics. This shows a complete manifold system with PEX tubing, manifold body weldment, and snap-fit pivot bracket. This assembly contains five plastic parts.
